Rudd Enterprises is comprised of husband and wife team Lael and Jennifer Rudd.
Jennifer Rudd, PMP - Principal and COO
Jennifer is a native Californian, having grown up in the San Gabriel Valley. She graduated Whittier College in December of 2003 with a BA in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. She is also a Licensed California Real Estate Broker, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Business Success Coach from the American Union of NLP. After college, she worked for a pluming and appliance supplier in South Bay as a management trainee and showroom consultant. Realizing her love for the construction process, she joined a local developer as a office manager and specifier. With the downturn in the housing market, she moved on to be a construction accountant for commercial mixed-use developer CIM group, becoming involved with such notable projects as the Strand in Huntington Beach, Downtown Anaheim, and tenant improvements at the Hollywood and Highland mega complex. As ground-up construction started to slow in the commercial arena, Jennifer moved on to an Accountant position for a statewide legal firm until the birth of the couple’s first child, which allowed her to focus full time on her first love – Real Estate. With a passion for helping Real Estate Professionals develop themselves into brands, as well as the power of professional networking, she has found her niche in the Real Estate world.
